From the Panasonic book, page 28:

300g Carrs Wholemeal flour
300g Carrs Strong White flour
2 tbsp Milk powder
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 tsp Allinsons Easy Bake yeast
25ml Olive oil
420ml Warm water

Baked on the Whole Wheat setting for a full 5 hours. A very tall loaf !
